Andrew I. Loeb, P.C. was founded in 1989. It was my goal to create a law firm where each client felt that he or she had a professional relationship with the attorney handling their case. A common complaint is that the attorney that has the initial meeting with a client is then never heard from again; the client’s work is then given to a junior associate or paralegal. At my firm, the person attorney you retain will personally handle your case, answer your questions and return your phone calls and e-mails.
How well your transaction proceeds is often determined by the quality and experience of the attorney you retain. Your attorney must have the familiarity and experience to handle your transaction, both intelligently and in a manner that is cost effective to you. Clients should always feel confident that they are being heard; that their interests are paramount. I am personally dedicated to making sure that all my clients feel that their attorney listens to their concerns and is working to provide them with a result that meets with their expectations.
The bottom line for me is that each and every client should walk away believing that they hired the best possible attorney and did so for a fair and reasonable fee.
I Pride Myself on Personal Service and Accessibility
For most of my clients, the matter for which I am hired may be familiar to me but to the Client it is often new, important and sometimes intimidating. It is my job to help you through the process and to minimize the stress associated with transaction or other legal matter that you have entrusted to me. When a Client has a question or concern, access to their attorney is paramount. At my firm, I offer hours and appointments that are flexible (including evening and weekend appointments), and are designed to meet our clients’ schedules. If you cannot come to me, I can often come to you to discuss your case. I also provide personal cell phone numbers to clients so that they can reach me whenever they have problems or questions about their case. I pride myself on promptly responding to my client’s issues.
